Apple Harvest Festival (10-18-04 & 10-19-04)
Partners in Planting pitched its tent at the Apple Fest, continuing its campaign to get the word out and fund-raise. The Daffodils were a hit -- one of the three varieties we had sold out on the first day!

Rain kept attendance down on the second day, but the message we received from festival-goers wasn't washed out: people are aware and interested. The Partners signed up several new members, including some at the $100 Sponsor level.

Nayaug Canoe Race (10-5-03)
The Nayaug Canoe Race was the Partners' first public event. We brought our tent, posters, and photos to the race to get the word out about the Partners' work, and to begin fund-raising for next year's projects. Our fundraiser? Selling Daffodil bulbs by the bag!
